New internet bank and opening an account remotely – what Credit Agricole has to offer for entrepreneurs
Credit Agricole Bank has launched CA+ Pro – the new internet bank for IT professionals and creative industries and now offers private entrepreneurs to open a current account fully remotely, without visiting an outlet. These solutions are primarily aimed at supporting customers in IT, advertising agencies, design studios, cafes, craft businesses representatives and other private entrepreneurs. Since the start of the war, Credit Agricole Group has been supporting Ukraine with concrete actions: it suspended its operations in russia and launched solidarity fund of 10 million euros.

How Credit Agricole is supporting customers in the wartime
In order to support the customers, the bank has offered special service terms for customers as well as concrete actions: it extended the validity period for all cards, cancelled monthly fee for all card packages as well as fines on loan products at the beginning of the war, provided funding for the agrarians and now it is helping those in need of loan restructuring. The bank is also supporting customers who are now overseas by offering loyalty programs for Ukrainians in Poland. In the first months of the war, Credit Agricole Bank Polskawould open nearly 500 accounts for Ukrainian users every day.
On charitable projects
Charity is an important component of Credit Agricole’s operations. Since the war broke out, the bank has implemented 20 charity projects worth over UAH 20 million. With the assistance of “Your Support” fund, the bank procured medical equipment for children’s hospitals, in particular for Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Children’s Hospital.
The bank has also recently purchased a high-level ultrasound diagnostic system for the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, after buying a modern anesthetic breathing apparatus for them in the early autumn.
